Resident Doctors (formerly known as Junior Doctors) Industrial Action

Starting from 7am on Friday 25 July 2025 until 7am Wednesday 30th July 2025, some NHS services in England will be affected due to strike action by Resident doctors (formerly Junior doctors) including our GP trainees. You will be contacted if your appointment at the hospital needs to be changed. For appointments at the practice, please state if you can wait 1-2 weeks so that we can deal with urgent patients first. 111, walk-in centres and pharmacies will remain open.

The practice will continue to be open during the resident doctor’s strike. Please continue to attend your appointments, unless you are contacted and told otherwise.
